At TA TECH, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions and professional services. Due to the nature of our services, this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.

1. Service-Based Projects

All payments made for IT services, software development, app development, ecommerce solutions, cybersecurity services, and consulting are generally non-refundable once the project has started.

Because our services involve time, expertise, planning, and digital resource allocation, refunds cannot be provided for completed work or partially completed milestones.

2. Project Deposits

For custom development projects:

• Initial deposits are non-refundable once project planning or development has begun.

• If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative or processing fees.

3. Subscription-Based Services

For monthly or recurring services (such as maintenance, hosting, cloud management, or monitoring):

• Clients may cancel future billing at any time.

• Refunds are not issued for the current billing cycle once the service period has started.

• Services will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

4. Digital Products & SaaS

For SaaS platforms, software licenses, API services, or digital access:

• Payments are non-refundable once access has been granted.

• If technical issues occur due to our system, we will work promptly to resolve them.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to exceptional cases will be reviewed individually. Any approved refund will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of services and legal action if necessary. We encourage clients to contact our support team to resolve any issues.
